IXYS-Clare Releases a High Voltage OptoMOS® SSR with Integral Current Limiting and Thermal Shutdown The CPC1540 incorporates active current limiting and thermal shutdown circuitry for improved survivability in harsh environments, and is designed to pass regulatory voltage surge requirements when provided with appropriate over-voltage protection. The current limiting, normally open (1-Form-A), 350V SSR is specifically designed for applications requiring high voltage.
